That's where we're at right now. Some much needed time off! It's nice :) So, let's see what has happened since we last 'spoke'.
There was Christmas. It wasn't like any Christmas we've ever had but somehow we still managed to enjoy some special family time and try to make it somewhat bearable for the boys. We couldn't help but think about how tough it is to be away from our friends and family on Christmas and the boys were pretty much going through the same thing. We're the fortunate ones. At least we had each other...
That was our little pink Christmas tree we set up in the staff quarters. Zoie adored it. She never even noticed how small it was... because IT'S PINK! And for a 6 yr old girl it just doesn't get any better than a pink Christmas tree!
Well, not untill this...
The one thing she consistently asked for.
A big baby alive!
That's right friends. We have another baby in the house that eats, pees and yes, she poos too! Just what we need. Late Christmas night Vince was up for something and walking by Zoie's room he heard Baby Alive talking. She said she was hungry. He comes back to bed and said "Patti, I don't know about you but I am not feeding that baby no matter how hungry she is". We've since found the handy little on/off button. Thank goodness for those!
Zay's best gift is his push car. We had the exact one with Zoie and she loved hers. He enjoys his just as much. In good weather it's perfect for pushing around campus when we walk Zoie or the boys to and from school. With the big, spread out house it's just as fun to push up, down and around the halls. Zoie and the boys took turns pushing him around. He loves it!
Overall, we had a good Christmas!
Here's a few more random photos of Christmas. Hope you all had one that was just as nice as yours. We love and miss you!

Speaking of big hallways...
There's big tables too!
